Decoding DEI Conflicts Course

This three part course includes
Start with defining DEI Conflicts and Identifying DEI Conflict Systems Conflicts. This live session will consist of an introduction to the topic, case studies, class discussions breakout sessions, storytelling, and creating a journey of understanding and healing.
pART ii ADND pART III
Embark on learning the DEI Conflict Progression Model to reduce DEI Conflict escalation, followed by practice sessions and examples of how to de-escalate DEI Conflicts and practice DEI Conflict Communication skills, critical conversation skills, and how to reduce our fear of conflicts. We will use breakout sessions, role plays, and small group discussions. Experience DEI Coaching examples and more.

We will use the DEI Conflict Progression Model to assess and analyze DEI Conflicts.  We will explore DEI Conflict Resolution options, DEI Conflict resolution options, and learn to match those to the DEI Conflict narrative, procedures, processes, and "the way things happen here". We will explore the informal and formal conflict response processes for resolution.  We will use breakout sessions, role plays, and small group discussions, as well as provide a safe place for understanding and a way forward for healing past hurts and neglect.
