WISF13 - Aligning your wellness activities to Competency Teaching Plan
Using an appreciative inquiry approach, your goal will be to identify and map wellness activities wellness competencies to build out components of the workplace wellness system.
This course will help you add activities that will align to the organizational strategies already in place You will learn:
- Help organizations fill in the activities and processes to complete their wellness system
- Apply your wellness audit to your wellness teachings
- Identify activities already in place to be reclassified as wellness initiatives
- Identify and negotiate new wellness activities that are related to the employee needs and workplace culture
- Include wellness coaching and life coaching to workplace wellness programs
