DEIW03 - Systemic Racism and Unconscious Bias 

This course will explore how leaders can enact change from the top through courageous conversations, and by shifting lenses to make the right changes to end systemic racism and appropriately address unconscious bias. Objectives: • Understand the history of systemic racism • The interpersonal footprint of systemic racism and unconscious bias • Learn how unconscious biases are formed • Learn tips to question and change your own unconscious biases
